Waitrose

The building was developed as a Checkers Superstore for Le Riches Stores in 2001 and is now occupied by Waitrose. The building was constructed to be as user friendly as possible with just one row of columns for easy merchandising. At the time, state of the art refrigeration and control units were installed for efficient running, with the fit-out being dovetailed into the main contract. The store is 52,000 sq ft net with the normal holding and storage areas plus access to a 500 space shared car park with the B&Q unit.
