Havelet Waters

The Havelet Waters residential development was created from a site previously used as the Guernsey Brewery which had been vacant for a number of years. The project presented many challenges due to the site orientation. In addition, the original features of the main brewery building were retained in the newly constructed scheme which needed to blend in with a new contemporary structure.

The aim was to create high quality apartments with as many as possible benefiting from stunning views across Havelet bay and neighbouring Islands.

After many years of negotiation and as a result of a Planning Brief written in 2010, the Scheme of 26 local market and 8 open market units was completed late 2018.

Cooper Brouard and Livingroom are the designated agents if you are interested in purchasing an apartment. A dedicated website has been created, www.haveletwaters.gg to give details of each apartment and their layout.

“A development of this nature was not without its challenges. However, engaging expert local contractors and professionals to deal with the project, Comprop injected £20 million of private investment into the Guernsey economy through the scheme. The original Brewery building has been returned to its former glory by closely replicating the 18th century façade.”
