Glategny Court incorporates a high quality office building of 61,729 sq ft over four floors of accommodation. 110 car parking spaces were provided within a purpose built car park to the rear of the site with four residential units on Don Street providing a street scene to the front of the car park. There is also additional car parking for 57 cars within 200 metres walk at Salerie Quarry and a separate adjacent office building, known as Bucktrout House which has been restored from a former heritage building. The office building provided much needed office accommodation for the GFSC, Collas Crill, KPMG and Investec.
