Following practical completion on 1st September 2015, the site was purchased by the Channel Islands Co-Operative Society, who operate the fuel forecourt and retail outlet.
The warehouse to the rear of the site has been acquired by Fox International to relocate their storage and various business operations.
It took many years of negotiation to obtain the necessary approvals to develop this former brown field site. With this difficult project completed, Islanders will have the benefit of a multi use commercial operation located on this busy commuter route into St Peter Port.
