Admiral Park Plaza - Phase 2

The second and final phase of the Admiral Park development has started on site and is set for completion in 2024. This will conclude the 20 year project across the Admiral Park development.

This grade A headquarter office will mark the centre piece of Admiral Park and  will be Guernsey’s first fully BREEAM rated building. The 67,000 sq ft office building with ts imposing and iconic design has been developed to maximise both natural light and the efficiency of the floor plates. 

The building itself has been sympathetically designed with excellent floor to ceiling heights of 2.8m and the principal entrance leading directly from the main Plaza.
