One of the largest developments in recent years in Guernsey, Phase 1 of 2 of the £35million Admiral Park Plaza project has completed on site. Admiral Park is now Guernsey’s premier location for large floor plate offices and is the home to a number of large institutions. The new development has created a 100 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel, office development of 30,000 sq ft net, restaurant/café and multi-storey car park (700 spaces) together with infrastructure improvements. With the Premier Inn opening its doors to guests and tenants moving in to the office space, the site is seeing a new lease of life.
