Due to the site’s location this was a challenging project with two functioning office buildings on each side of the site and residential on the other. It was also compounded by the fact that there was an operating basement car park which had to be maintained 24/7. However, the building has provided a net floor area of 20,000 sq ft over four floors with 17 car parking spaces at ground level. The curved tower provides a clean and interesting corner to the street of offices.
The project is now complete and we are in negotiations to let the final first floor of offices
