Rue Marguerite - Planning Application

Further to the acquisition of this site in June 2018, we have been working to design a building fit for the site and surrounding area and are now pleased to have finalised this work to enable a planning application for a four storey office building with basement car parking for 19 cars.

Subject to receiving the appropriate approvals, we will be offering the scheme for a pre-let through Jo Watts of Watts & Co.

We hope to commence work on site towards late summer 2019 with a 12-14 month construction programme.
