Glategny Court

Glategny Court incorporated a high quality office building of 61,729 sq ft over four floors of accommodation, 110 car parking spaces were provided within a purpose built car park to the rear of the site, four residential units on Don Street provided a street scene to the front of the car park.  There were also additional car parking for 57 cars within 200 metres walk at Salerie Quarry and a separate adjacent office building, known as Bucktrout House which has been restored from a former heritage building.

The complete development was disposed of to the Channel Island Property Fund at the end of 2014.
